WELCOME

I am an academic researcher and educator with a keen interest in marine science and a background in not-for-profit leadership. In my current work, I combine my academic training in ecology and oceanography with practical experience working with rural communities around eastern Canada and abroad. My PhD research explores approaches involving community engagement to inform scientific assessments, management protocols, and conservation actions for high-value fisheries in Atlantic Canada.
